Nick is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Corporate Solutions Development for Canada, partnering with Colliers advisors and service line leads in developing national and international client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities across Colliers' platform of services.
Réalisations
From 2015-2017 Nick led the Transaction Management business for Canada at Cushman and Wakefield with the Global Occupier Services Group. Nick utilised his past global experiences to assist his clients strategically on both a National and Global level. Nick’s clients consisted of large Canadian MNC’s in the telecommunication, computer manufacturing and insurance/finance industries.
From 2006 - 2014 Nick managed the Colliers International Corporate Solutions team in Hong Kong. Nick exclusively managed clients such as 3M, Asurion, Johnson Controls, Oracle, Medtronic, Merix regionally across Asia Pacific, as well as Nvidia & Bombardier on a global basis.
During his time in Asia, Nick transacted a variety of lease renewals and acquisitions, such as 120,000, 130,000, 140,000, 160,000, and 280,000 sq ft transactions on behalf of 3M and Motorola, as well as office and Industrial disposals valued at USD 110M, 53M, 25M, 20M,18M, and 12M on behalf of 3M, Nvidia, Motorola, and Merix, respectively.

Nick is a Sales Representative partnered with Executive Vice President, Bill O'Connor and Senior Sales Representative, Jordan Thomson. Focusing specifically on Office Occupier/Tenant Representation, our team provides integrated real estate support services to businesses and government agencies including but not limited to needs analysis, area calculation exercises, lease audits, alternatives evaluation, market analysis, financial modeling and head lease/sublease/lease renewal negotiations.
Nick graduated from Ryerson University, with a focus on Real Estate Management. During his studies, Nick worked at Keller Williams as a Sales Representative in residential real estate.
Drawing on this background and working directly with one of the top producers, who is also ranked #1 in overall client satisfaction (which is measured through a third-party company), Nick is dedicated to provide clients his expertise and service excellence, aligning real estate and workplace strategies with long term business goals to ultimately add value in terms of both time and monetary savings as well as mitigating risks.
