Melissa started at Colliers in May 2008 as a Receptionist and has since been promoted to a Client Project Coordinator. She works closely to support 10 Industrial agents and the Vice President of MHPM Project Managers.
Melissa enjoys volunteering her time to charities such as Eva's Initiatives, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenille Diabetes and the Ronald McDonald Home for Dinner program.

In 2018, Dane was recognized as Colliers #1 Industrial Broker in Canada (#2 agent overall). Dane transacted $343M across 3.4M square feet, which included the largest industrial investment transaction in Colliers history. This followed Dane’s 2017 as Colliers #3 broker in Canada transacting $265M over 2.6M square feet.
SIOR INDUSTRIAL BROKER OF THE YEAR
Dane was recognized as the 2014 SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year - a distinction presented annually to the top industrial broker in the Greater Toronto Area. SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) is the leading professional industrial and commercial real estate association in the world with active members in 630 markets throughout 34 countries. The SIOR award selection process involves careful consideration of size, value and volume of transactions in a calendar year, reputation in the commercial real estate industry, impact, creativity and other significant accomplishments.
NAIOP INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR
Dane represented TransForce in the complex conversion and repositioning of an obsolete manufacturing facility into a functional mixed-use office/industrial building. The development culminated in a 145,000-square-foot lease valued at $16.7 million.
NAIOP INDUSTRIAL LEASE OF THE YEAR
Dane represented two of the three NAIOP industrial lease of the year finalists in 2017:
- Congebec Logistics: 228,694 SF design build lease valued at $67M
- VersaCold Logistics Services: 572,192 SF lease valued at $88M
