In 2003, Matthew acquired both his residential and commercial real estate licenses and joined the industrial team at Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd. as a commercial real estate Associate. He achieved substantial success early in his real estate career, concluding significant leasing and sales transactions of industrial properties and land. In 2007, Colliers International expanded their industrial division with the acquisition of Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd.
Matthew brings to Colliers International, seven years of commercial banking experience with TD Canada Trust while he lived in Toronto, Ontario, managing corporate accounts, foreign exchange, mortgages and mutual fund investments. In addition, Matthew possesses an extensive investigative background as a former investigator with the RCMP. His broad-based investigative experiences covered homicides, proceeds of crime, the illicit drug trade, money laundering, mortgage fraud and VIP Protective Services for dignitaries such as; the Prime Minister of Canada, Governor General of Canada, and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Matthew has provided professional real estate services for many local businesses as well as National and International Corporations. Matthew has been involved in the successful sale of over 1,700 acres of land, selling over 460,000 square feet of industrial space and leasing over 1 million square feet of industrial warehouse space within the greater Edmonton area. Most recently, Matthew has had the opportunity to work with the following companies; Western Oilfield Specialties Corp., Fastenal Company, Valvsource Equipment Ltd., Shanahan's Limited, Intertek, Siemens Canada, Motovan Corp., ONE Properties Ltd, Melcor Developments Ltd., International Mascot Corporation, Corrosion Service Company, Nova Hotels, Mayfield Toyota Canada, Hopewell Development and Charles Jones Industrial.
In 2013, Matthew was awarded the Colliers Award of Excellence Canada -"Top 6 Under 6" for being one of the top real estate sales professionals with less than 6 years tenure at Colliers International.

As a member of the industrial team in the Edmonton office, Madison works as a Client Project Coordinator and specializes in the marketing of Industrial properties throughout the Edmonton Area. Her work includes writing offers, coordinating due diligence reviews, creating marketing materials, and monitoring the overall sales process.
Prior to joining the Industrial team, Madison worked as an Account Manager at a Digital Marketing Firm, where she was involved in the forming new client relationships, developing targeted marketing strategies, and overseeing the project development process. She also has a background in residential property marketing and sales. Madison completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University, majoring in Marketing.
