London Industrial Market Report Q1 2023

With the current situation of inadequate available space, availability decreased 50 basis points (bps) Year-over-Year to 0.6% this quarter. Not surprisingly, the asking rental rate continues to rise to $9.92 per square feet, an increase of 33.6% YoY. The average sale price has decreased to $177 per square feet; but we are still seeing an increase of 65% YoY.
