Mario R. Rivera is Director of Client Services for Canada. He is responsible for the development and planning of competitor differentiating client relationship strategies in conjunction with client relationship managers, Managing Directors and the Canadian Leadership team. He is also in charge of managing Colliers' Client Satisfaction Program (NPS).
In addition, Mr. Rivera provides direct relationship management, regular corporate information, client events and relevant tools to top-tier clients in an effort to deliver exceptional service and expand business opportunities.
Réalisations
Mr. Rivera was for 11 years Director of Corporate Projects for Latin America. In this role he was responsible for the implementation and on-going management of the different corporate initiatives such as NPS, Client Engagement and Broker Specialization. In addition, Mr. Rivera was in charge of the day to day operations of the Research, Marketing and IT regional platform.
In addition to his corporate duties, Mr. Rivera has experience acting as a Senior Analyst for Latin America in the capacity of Corporate Services for Multi National corporations. Fully bilingual, he possesses the skills of understanding business, cultural and real estate practices throughout Latin America.
