Kyle started at Colliers International in 2014 as a market intelligence intern student, while pursuing his B.Comm degree from MacEwan University in Edmonton. Kyle is now the Associate to Matt Binfet, Paul Marsden, Neil Ferris, and Josh Magnussen. He assists his team daily by performing market research, touring clients, writing offers and proposals, and listing several properties throughout the city. Kyle is an integral part of the Colliers Industrial Services Team, located in the southeast Industrial Office.

Matt Binfet is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International, and a member of the Industrial Services Team. Matt has been serving the Calgary industrial marketplace for more than 25 years and has consistently been one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada. Matt has been inducted into the Colliers Everest Club, which recognizes the performers in the 10th (top) percentile in Brokerage, Valuation, and Corporate Solutions across the Americas, who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and building long-standing and valued client relationships. He has primarily focused his efforts on tenant representation and year after year is involved in many of the largest transactions in the City of Calgary. Matt has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services.

Specializing in tenant representation has given Matt a unique skill-set and an ability to creatively maximize value in each transaction. Paul's work ethic has made him one of the leading industrial agents in the Calgary market and he was made a partner of Colliers in 2012. As a member of the Calgary Industrial Services Team, Neil specializes in acquisitions and dispositions of investment product as well as servicing client requirements.
Neil joined the Colliers Calgary Industrial Services Team in 2013 after spending 15 years as an asset manager and developer. This experience has provided Neil with a vast knowledge in the developing, investing and asset managing of industrial real estate and a thorough understanding of real estate pro formas. In his short time at Colliers thus far, he has already expanded his reputation in the marketplace and continues to strengthen his rapport with the development and investment community.
Neil's primary focus is to proactively help his clients achieve their business goals. Neil is an expert primarily in acquisition and disposition of investment product and has a strong knowledge in listing industrial real estate. On the investment end of his business, he is able to creatively match investor's needs and wants in the marketplace, creating unique solutions and positive outcomes for both parties. In addition, Neil has already used his relationships with the landlord community to become a highly sought after listing agent for industrial product and demonstrates a strong ability to meet their goals and objectives.
Josh Magnussen is an Associate Vice President for Colliers International in their Industrial Sales and Leasing division, holding over seven years of real estate experience. Alongside a strong team of three other agents, he has facilitated dozens of lease and sale transactions, and been actively involved in the leasing of over 14 million square feet in the past five years. As a member of the Industrial Services Team, Josh actively handles several sale and lease listings and a variety of tenant and purchaser mandates. As per his goal to bring an in-depth perspective to all aspects of the business, Josh has worked on behalf of purchasers, developers, landlords, and tenants alike such as: Nabors Drilling, Continental Tire, Day & Ross and The ALS Society of Alberta. In a short period of time, Josh has made a name for himself in the brokerage community as a diligent and meticulous agent who has his clients’ needs at the forefront of every transaction.
