Kevin Watson, a native Calgarian and Graduate of the University of Calgary, is proud of his deep roots in the city he still calls home. Kevin has been involved in Calgary’s commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. Kevin began his career on the development side of the business in 1983. Kevin’s career in development was extremely successful, with his last position being Vice President at Oxford Developments in Calgary, where he was in charge of development and leasing. Kevin was instrumental in the development of several AAA class downtown Calgary office towers. Kevin’s experience on the landlord/development side gave him extremely valuable insight into the business, which has given him the leverage to extract the most value for his clients.

 

Kevin began working with Colliers International in 1998, where he joined the brokerage side of the business, as an Owner and Partner. He has been extremely active in completing numerous suburban and downtown office leasing and sale transactions. Kevin Watson is widely recognized as an industry leader in the Calgary office market, and is an Executive Vice-President and Partner of CMN Calgary Inc., the leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in the city of Calgary.
