As a member of the Toronto West Industrial team, Jordan specializes in the Sales and Leasing of industrial properties throughout the Toronto West market. Jordan's passion for real estate, and valuable knowledge of the Toronto West market, allows him to exceed client expectations throughout each transaction.

David has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial real estate in the Greater Toronto area concentrating in the west end. David's real estate background is diverse and includes: Design/Build Lease and Purchase transactions - Building, Land and Re-development Property Sales and Leasing - Site Analysis/Strategic Planning - Tenant Representation - Database Development and Management.
David is partners with Brennan Eastmure in the Toronto West Office and has been for the past few years. Together, they have a full time assistant, Linda Liu, as well as a junior marketing assistant/sales trainee, Jordan Doke. Known as the GTA West Industrial Team, they have excelled in high level client service, satisfaction and brokerage performance.
David’s commitment to, and performance in, the market has earned him membership (and now sits on the Executive Committee as Admissions Chair) of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international body of real estate practitioners with a common requirement of excellence. Finally, David was SIOR's Regional Director for Canada for 2010/2011.
David and his wife live in Oakville with their 2 children, ages 22 and 19.
