Following a 35 year career in the retail food industry and having reached the Director level with Loblaw, Jeff took his skill set in a new direction, joining Avison Young Commercial Real Estate in Regina in 2011. In 2018 Jeff joined Colliers International in Regina and today enjoys working with his team and clients on many accounts, focusing mainly on Tenant and Landlord Reepresentation with a focus on Industrial. Jeff's past career provides him with great insight into the needs of the warehousing and logistcs provider's facility requirements, and his eagerness to provide solid advice has earned him respect throughout the Brokerage community.

I had two opportunities to work with Jeff for real estate services. The first opportunity was to have Jeff represent us as the listing agent for a facility we wished to lease out. Jeff worked diligently to bring good solid offers to the table. There was never any weak or undesirable prospects brought to us. In the end, he brought a solid offer from a prime prospect, advised us well on the negotiations for lease rates and secured a signed lease agreement. The tenant has been a model occupant and we have never experienced any issues of any kind.
The second opportunity was when we asked Jeff to search out some office space for us to lease from another property owner. He established our requirements and then returned with a list of properties for lease and the corresponding lease rates. Following this, we created a short list and Jeff arranged a day for viewing the properties. Jeff guided us through the process of making an offer, advising us what rates to expect and presented it to the owner’s representative. During the negotiation, Jeff held the property owner to a reasonable rate and acquired concessions for some unexpected costs. In the end, we felt we were treated fairly and ended up with the right space for our business.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff on several occasions over the past few years. It began when I was looking for a new commercial property to buy or lease in 2016 and Jeff came highly recommended. I soon discovered why. Jeff met with me and took the time to uncover and understand my needs in an office space. With that information Jeff was able to bring me a list of qualified potential properties for lease or purchase with corresponding lease rates and purchase prices.
