Greg is the market leader specializing in sales, leases, and tenant representation in the New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam industrial markets.  Greg has represented many national and local companies in various leasing and sales transactions and has built strong relationships with the landlords in these core markets.  Through collaboration and partnerships, Greg successfully leverages the market-leading Colliers platform, in conjunction with personal skills to ensure client expectations are exceeded in each transaction.  The goal of Greg’s personal approach is to achieve complete business solutions and long term partnerships with clients.  Greg is known for being diligent, consistent and an excellent service provider which has earned him top recognition within Colliers International for having the highest overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 2011 to Present. 

NPS is designed to drive customer-focused service to ensure Colliers International is evolving with its clients.  Through an independent research firm and once a transaction has been finalized a call is made to the client to measure their level of satisfaction as well to provide an opportunity for feedback or suggestions of how to improve their experience.  Greg’s achievement is a testament to how he approaches each and every client.

  • Represented Van Houtte Coffee in a 28,000 sf lease renewal in Coquitlam.

  • Represented Maple Leaf Foods in subleasing 46,815 SF to Garden Protein in Coquitlam.

  • Represented Canterbury Coffee in leasing 38,000 SF to TELUS in Burnaby.

  • Represented Triovest Realty Advisors in leasing over 400,000 SF at Glenwood Industrial Estates in Burnaby.

  • Represented Impact Canopies in the purchase of a 25,000 SF building in Port Coquitlam.

  • Represented Pit Stop Portables in the purchase of a 14,500 SF building on 2.56 acres in Coquitlam.

  • Represented Fit Foods in the purchase of a 78,000 SF building in Port Coquitlam.

  • Represented PNP Pharmaceuticals in the purchase of a 65,000 SF specialty built facility in Burnaby.

Greg attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a specialization in Business Management, Marketing and Information Technology.
