Victor specializes in the disposition and acquisition of income producing industrial and suburban office properties across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a focus on portfolio sales, single-tenant building sales, multi-tenant building sales and sale-leasebacks.
In the past 5 years, Victor has been involved in the sale of nearly $900 million worth of investment properties.
Victor provides an advisory approach grounded in strategy, superior market knowledge and thorough financial analysis. His extensive experience in multiple disposition strategies ranging from formal bids to “off-market” sales, ensures that transactions are executed in a manner that minimizes risks and maximizes sale value.
With investor clients that vary from private buyers to large institutional groups, Victor is well connected to the GTA investment market and able to quickly identify potential buyers for any investment property.
Prior to joining Colliers, Victor worked in the real estate acquisitions group of a major Canadian pension fund.
Victor is an active member of the Greater Toronto Chapter of NAIOP and holds a position on the 2015 Toronto NAIOP Suburban Programs Committee.
In his unique role, Thomas works alongside Gord Cook problem solving and offering out of the box solutions on their many complex assignments. Thomas is indispensable to Gord’s team, delivering exceptional service to their clients staying one step ahead and anticipating their needs. Thomas engages his research and property knowledge when working on RFP responses, lease negotiations and proposals. He does extensive work, using ARGUS to develop financial analysis and reports, which is instrumental to the team’s financial underwriting requirements. With the depth and scope of his role, Thomas positions himself as a knowledge leader offering relevant and innovative ideas and solutions on a multitude of projects.
While Thomas’ research and property knowledge sets him apart, he is truly known for his accountability, integrity, responsiveness and honesty.
