Chris is a co-founder of the Colliers Ownership Advisory Team (COAT)  that  specializes in mid-rise, boutique and office conversion assets. Their primary offering is advisory services leading up to and throughout the acquisition & disposition process.  Given their vast knowledge of this niche building type and the market for this product, they assist ownership groups with best practices to stabilize their assets and maximize the potential values. The team places a strong emphasis on strategy and incorporates the latest trends and technologies in commercial real estate while providing their client’s with guidance throughout the entire process.

Chris’ knowledge, gained from 11+ years of sales experience, spans every aspect of the process: from opportunity generation through business development to transaction execution to consultation and business optimization solutions. Above all, Chris is passionate about asking the right questions and gaining an in-depth understanding of his clients’ business needs in order to help accelerate their growth.

Chris’ success within the business comes from his quest for being in the know and playing a role in the way new developments impact the city and its expansion. He utilizes this knowledge to his clients’ benefit, whether he is working on a portfolio strategy, the re-positioning of an asset, or on and off market acquisitions & dispositions.
