Driven. Engaging. Dedicated. I offer clients a no-nonsense approach to achieving optimal results when finding new office space or renewing current leases. As an innovative strategist in the commercial real estate industry, my work ethic is founded on integrity, commitment and a deep understanding of tenant and landlord needs and wants. I provide unparalleled loyalty for clients in the technology, advertising, media and Internet industries (TAMI) while tracking amazing loft and brick and beam office space solutions. Using a unique search-source-disseminate-conquer process (SSDC), I lead a unified, knowledgeable team to locate ideal office space. We help negotiate leases and seek on and off-market office vacancies. Using our acquired insider knowledge in the TAMI sectors and an extensive industry network, we put unique spaces on our clients’ radar. My fundamental philosophy for success: deliver on your promise; communicate reality; save everyone’s time; and meet goals with confidence and clarity.

Adhésions & Implications
Chris really understands what we need an agent to be. We all have day jobs that don’t involve lease negotiations, or searching for office space that suits our needs. It’s not that we don’t care – we have specific needs – but Chris understands how to work with our needs to find us a great location with a lease we can accept. Great communication, great results.
Chris Fyvie is the consummate professional. The value he adds to the commercial real estate selection and negotiation process significantly exceeds and real or perceived commission payment inherent in using a broker. Based on a perceptive study of the parameters we set, Chris put together extensive tours of the relevant properties along with a professional information package, and in addition went the extra mile in sharing ideas about things that might affect our choice or our comfort level moving in. I recommend Chris to everyone!
Andrew Goodman – CEO
I’ve been speaking with Chris for a few months now, and I can honestly say he is one of the most genuinely helpful people I’ve done business yet. In fact, we haven’t even ‘done business’ together yet, and that is exactly why his help, advice, etc, are so fantastically genuine and appreciated.
