Bob specializes in maximizing leverage when either negotiating a lease, a sale, renegotiation and/or relocation.  Some of his recent successes include the leasing/ subleasing and disposition of over 80,000 SF at the Ingram Micro Building; leasing in the Airport Corporate Centre; Mississauga City Centre, Pepsi/QTG; Novartis Consumer Health Canada Inc.; Dufferin Construction’s head office for The Region of Halton Social and Community Services; Central Park Lodges (Retirement Residences REIT); Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (building sale $27 Million).

Bob’s in-depth knowledge of the Vendor/ Landlord’s point-of-view combined with the creative structure of every transaction enables him to lower clients’ real estate costs, minimize real estate occupancy risks, improve clients’ flexibility and occupancy control  and create more productive office environments. His experience has involved all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales and disposition of over 150 Million dollars of properties within the North American real estate market and has represented both multi-national and individual clients.

With over 18 years of senior market management, Bob offers a unique perspective within the brokerage community.  His skills include lease analysis, lease negotiations with client solicitors, sale analysis, property evaluation, project co-ordination, demographic studies, full service searches and asset management.
