Ben has transacted over $400 million worth of industrial real estate, representing over 9 million square feet, including over $200 million in owner-occupiers and investment sales. By focusing in the Toronto West, being Mississauga, Oakville and Milton/ Halton Hills, his market knowledge is second to none within these areas. Ben has also been recognized as the SIOR Young Professional of the Year for the Greater Toronto Area.
For 2018, Ben transacted over 1,215,000 square feet of industrial space in the GTA West with a total transaction value of $56 million.

Hadley joined the real estate industry in 2010 after graduating from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has worked in the fee appraisal industry with the majority of his time spent on the appraisal of office, industrial and land assets.
