Representing the largest portfolio transaction to occur in 2014, the Ontario Focused-Service Hotels Portfolio included three new generation Marriott and Hilton branded focused-service assets in Ontario. The Vendor, Easton's Group of Hotels had retain Colliers International Hotels on an exclusive basis to market the properties.
The Portfolio encompassed three high-quality focused-service properties exceptionally located in their respective markets. The Properties were sold in two separate transactions with the 152-room Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West and 105-suite TownePlace Suites Sudbury selling to Temple Hotels Inc. and the 159-room Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Brampton to a private investor.
