From Kanata to Orleans, contiguous space larger of 25,000 square feet is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Although availability rates have increased in the past quarter in most sub-markets, interest remains as tour levels increase. 

Ottawa’s business park in the East is benefitting from features such as free parking and proximity to public transit, despite the LRT delays.

A sizeable number of leases are anticipated to roll over in the next several years which could greatly impact the market, but short-term change isn’t likely.
