Ron began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1997 as a Marketing Coordinator and then as a Sales Associate where he gained a thorough understanding of real estate sales and marketing fundamentals. Ron joined Colliers in 1999 where he quickly immersed himself in the Southwestern Ontario Industrial market.
During this time Ron worked hard to develop strong relationships with owners and users, individual city and regional development associations and fellow real estate brokers and professionals. He has developed an excellent reputation for integrity and fairness in all of his relationships and has become the leading authority on industrial market information for Southwestern Ontario.
Ron continues to play an enthusiastic and important role in the industrial market in Cambridge, Brantford and many other areas in Southwestern Ontario.
Through Ron’s experience, he has gained the advantage of understanding both sides of a transaction with an innate ability to anticipate viewpoints in the negotiation process.
In addition he has developed an ability to explore and implement less obvious solutions to meeting his clients objectives, whether by pursuing a creative financial angle or uncovering an unknown market opportunity.
Ron is focused on creating customized strategies that not only maximize value but also help clients solve their business problems so they can achieve their goals.
Ron has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry from both a user and owner stance. He has had experience with real estate brokerage, tenant representation, sale/lease negotiation, investment sales and analysis, and design-build coordination.
Ron has been involved in over 350 real estate transactions, with sales valued at over $450 million, leases over $125 million.
