Nathan is an office leasing specialist focused on office tenant representation in the Greater Montreal Area. Prior to joining the team of Dominic Dussault (Vice President), Nathan worked as a research assistant for Colliers' market intelligence team. In this role Nathan was able to gain a keen understanding of Montreal's office inventory while also giving him an in-depth understanding of the market.

Nathan holds expertise in the field of urban planning as well as project management. This gives him a unique understanding of the office build-out and tenant improvment process, giving him a competitve advantage when negotiating with landlords on his clients behalf.

Nathan prides himself on establishing long-term relationships with his clients. By sending them quarterly news letters Nathan aims at keeping his clients continually informed with current market trends.

 

Réalisations

During his time as an assitant project manager and advisor with MHPM, Nathan helped with the Tenant-Improvement Renovations at Hatch Engineerings head office. He also worked on projects with notable institutions such as, Concordia University and Correctional Services Canada.

Nathan also held the position of VP of Operations with ENACTUS Concordia. In his role, Nathan was able to lead his team to a silver medal at their regional competition.
