With over 4 years of relevant experience, Joanna is proficient in quantitative and qualitative analyses, writing, and project management. She joined the Colliers Consulting team as a Client Coordinator, researching, writing proposals, processing payments, and managing month end accounting and reporting. She has since moved on to assist with development projects as a Development Coordinator, where she is responsible for a wide spectrum of tasks, such as conducting highest and best use analyses, researching incentives / policy programs, applying for grants and CMHC funding, managing proposals and RFPs, coordinating consultants, and tracking RFIs.
Beyond the responsibility of overseeing accounting, marketing and daily operations of the Consulting team, Joanna also innovates business processes to increase efficiency and streamline practices. As an advocate for continuous improvement, she develops and implements strategies to remove bottlenecks, improve work flow and boost productivity.
