Janice embarked on a career in commercial real estate in March of 1983 and specializes in the Industrial market. She has consistently been one of the top producing agents in the field of Industrial Sales and Leasing since that time.

Réalisations

In February of 1987, Janice, along with another associate, formed her own commercial leasing company known as Leasecom Incorporated. From its inception, Leasecom ranked as one of the top two commercial real estate companies in the Halifax area.
In December 1996, Leasecom became partners with Colliers Macaulay Nicolls, based out of Toronto, Ontario and with Tim Lyons, based out of Moncton, New Brunswick. It was unanimously decided to adopt the new name Colliers International (Atlantic) Inc. Janice is Director and holds the license of Real Estate Broker at Colliers.
In October 2011, Colliers International (Atlantic) Inc. became Colliers International (Nova Scotia) Inc.
Janice has substantial experience in the industrial market including: the sale of developed and undeveloped properties, design-build construction, and tenant representation.
