Francine joined Colliers International in 2015 and became a Development Coordinator with the Consulting Division's Development Management Team in 2018. She has a breadth of experience in real estate focused roles including real estate sales, development and valuation; all of which have helped form her holistic approach to real estate development. Francine brings a strong work ethic and well-developed communication and organization abilities to the Colliers Development Management Team. She has a client-focused approach and ensures that her high standard of service is reflected in all her work. The portfolio which Francine primarily assists in managing consists of church and affordable housing redevelopments on behalf of the British Columbia Conference of the United Church of Canada.

Prior to joining the Development Management Team, Francine held the position of Associate in the Brokerage Division of Colliers International representing her clients in property sale and lease transactions. She has also held positions as a Real Estate Analyst with Public Works and Government Services and as a Real Estate Coordinator with SilverBirch Hotels. Francine graduated from the Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce and specialization in Real Estate.
