Eulie is a commercial real estate advisor with the Office Practice Group at Colliers International. Since joining, his efforts have been focused solely on landlord and tenant representation. His main goals are to gain in-depth knowledge of the driving forces that effect change within business and ultimately provide solutions which align with the client’s short and long-term goals.
Eulie works alongside a team of Toronto’s most prominent brokers, allowing him to gain knowledge of what client expectations are and ways to best exceed them. His strong work ethic and service-based background have been welcomed among the Office Practice Group, as he continues to add value through extensive prospecting measures and an empathetic approach toward client needs.

Adhésions & Implications
For the past ten years Eulie has been an active member in the community. Before joining Colliers, Eulie was a member of the Chris Bosh Mentoring Foundation – a group that was founded and funded by Chris Bosh. Not only did this group allow under privileged children to have fun playing basketball, it provided them with confidence and allowed them to realize their potential. After completing the program, Eulie became a mentor himself, and helped hundreds of children along the way.
In this year alone, Eulie has made his impact on the Colliers community. He has participated in the Serving for Sinai beach volleyball tournament, a charity event supporting lifesaving research initiatives for a fleet of deadly diseases at Sinai Hospital’s Lunenfeld – Tanenbaum Research Institute.
Most recently, he was one of the Colliers representatives at the 2018 Easter Seals Telethon, a CBC fundraiser that help make a difference for children and youth living with physical disabilities in Ontario
