Dane is a three-time recipient of NAIOP’s Industrial Development of the Year:
- 2022: Brimich Logistics development of 367,480 SF with transaction value of $74M
- 2018: Congebec Logistics design-build development of a 228,694 SF state-of-the-art freezer with transaction value of $67M.
- 2016: TransForce complex conversion and repositioning of an obsolete manufacturing facility into a functional mixed-use office/cross dock, culminating a 145,000 SF lease valued at $16.7 Million.
