Rob joined Colliers in 1999 as Research Director for the Calgary office and became an Investment Analyst in 2001. In 2002, Rob began his brokerage career, specializing in development land. Rob made partner in 2007 and was a 2017 Colliers 10% Everest Club recipient.
As a member of the Colliers Calgary Investment Team, Rob prides himself on achieving the financial goals of his many clients by implementing innovative real estate strategies. Rob's efforts have resulted in over $650 million in successful real estate transactions.
Rob is a member of the Colliers Investment Team and specializes in Land sales. Rob's land expertise is applied to land and development opportunities primarily in Southern Alberta, and resort development opportunities throughout Western Canada.
Rob has considerable experience with Court-ordered Judicial sale listings and is the Calgary Lead for the Colliers National Insolvency Team.
Rob sells development land by demonstrating value increased through built form improvement, land use changes, servicing, or additional density. In addition, Rob represents purchasers looking to acquire or assemble development sites.
