What John’s Clients Say About Him…

“John first was active in finding a new location for our printing division three years ago when he

helped us secure a 125,000 square foot facility on Trillium Drive in the Huron Business Park. John

found a very aggressive sublet opportunity well below market costs for a new building of similar

“This past year we asked John to sell our older manufacturing plant and help locate us into a new

warehouse facility. We did not want to purchase this new building, but also did not want to continue

to own our existing older plant that we had outgrown. John was able to find a purchaser that was

willing to buy our existing plant for very close to the asking price…”

“John was able to understand our situation, and was creative enough to know who to speak with in

the market to help us solve our real estate issues effectively in one deal.”

“A job well done. Boehmer Box would highly recommend the real estate services of John Frezell,

with John you get a committed real estate service provider who delivers on what he promises”

-Grant O’Neil, Chief Financial Officer

Boehmer Box

“Our relationship with John has been very effective; John does not over promise and under perform.

John has always provided us with dedicated and professional service.”

-J.D. “Chip” Moore, III, VP Engineering

Collins and Aikman

“….I liked and chose John Frezell to represent our interests because he really spent the time to show

me around in a low key and informative way. He explained the market, the culture, the players, the

ins and outs, as he perceived them. I selected John as our representative because I appreciate his

candor and honesty…I felt I had to surround myself with people I could trust who would watch out

for our company’s best interest….first.”

“The leases for our large new facility are now signed….Technically, John has now earned his

commission from the Hines Organization and will be paid soon. But, he is still on the phone, sending

e-mails to me and to several people in the Hines Organization keeping things going and representing

my interests. This is indeed a rare trait.”
