"Jim, the location study that you prepared for us on behalf of Colliers International Consulting has proved to be a very valuable resource during our capital review and planning analysis. The report is comprehensive, very well written and clearly summarizes the content required to define future requirements and options that assist in the decision making process going forward. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you on this project and wanted to let you know that the work you did continues to be appreciated. "
