Dominic began his career at Colliers through the co-operative learning program offered through the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. Dominic was offered a four month co-op extension where he assisted the brokerage team in researching market trends, market analysis, producing marketing materials and valuation. During this time he strengthened the offices database, providing him with a current and robust knowledge of today’s market. Additionally, he assisted in due diligence processes in both investment and land opportunities, which is where he now specializes. Dominic became licensed in 2019 and has entered the Acceleration program as a junior broker.
Since joining brokerage, Dominic has become a member of the Multifamily Team under the mentorship of Ken Cloak and Grant Evans.
Dominic has an extensive background in the service industry where he developed and unparalleled work ethic, attention to detail and passion for service excellence. With a background in management, Dominic has had insight into business operations; allowing him to identify and empathize with business owners and their unique concerns.
