Colliers International announces a large deal at Building 2 of Delta iPort.
Colliers International is pleased to announce the completion of a 242,460 square foot lease transaction in Building 2 of Delta iPort to Canadian Alliance Terminals, a market-leading Metro Vancouver third-party logistics provider. Building 2 of this brand-new tier-1 distribution centre campus will be ready for occupancy in Q2 2020.
Building 1 at Delta iPort totaling 454,000 square feet, now substantially completed, has been entirely leased to Amazon, the global online retailer, for their newest Vancouver fulfillment centre.
Perfectly positioned for efficient transportation, Delta iPort provides direct access to Deltaport Way and the South Fraser Perimeter Road, a toll-free expressway connecting Deltaport to Highways 91 and 99, the CN Intermodal Yard and the Trans-Canada Freeway.
Delta iPort comprises 57 acres within a 330-acre industrial park and consists of two distribution centres for lease totaling more than 935,000 square feet. State-of-the-art features include 36’ clear ceiling heights, 60’ speed bays, LED warehouse lighting on motion sensors and 182’ secured loading courts.
Delta iPort, Building 2 is currently under construction and will accommodate additional tenancies up to 242,460 square feet.
