Colliers received “5-star” honours for all three categories the firm had entered. “Being recognized in all these categories for the fourth year running truly makes us proud as an organization,” said David Bowden, CEO of Colliers International in Canada. “These awards attest to the calibre and commitment of our greatest asset – our people – and will be a driving force for us to continue raising the bar in terms of providing service excellence and accelerating our partners’ success.”

This year, International Property Awards received entries from companies in 21 countries across the Americas with Canada seeing the greatest increase, submitting well over double the amount of entries compared to last year.
The panel has re-judged the 5-star winners to select just one from each of the 47 different categories to advance and represent the Americas region in the 2014-2015 International Property Awards. These chosen winners will compete against other regional winners from Africa, Arabia, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific to determine the World’s Best in each category. International Property Awards will reveal the results of the eagerly anticipated “World’s Best” Property Awards at a glittering awards presentation ceremony in Dubai on December 4.
Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, said, “Each region of the world is highly competitive and the Americas is no exception. We are constantly delighted by the levels of excellence shown by the property industry and now look forward to the overall results in December.”
