The GreenSpace program includes toolkits, communication support, programming and events that make it easy for occupants to easily identify and engage in property-specific sustainability activities.

Energy & Sustainability Manager
Nicky provides energy management and sustainability services to Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services across Western Canada. Expertise includes green builidng certification (BOMA BEST, LEED, WELL and Fitwel), utility monitoring and analysis using spcialist software (consumption, costs and emissions for gas, electricity and water), waste management and tenant engagement.
Before joining Colliers, Nicky provided energy management and sustainability services for the Richmond School District, BC. She has also worked for over 10 years as an Environmental Consultant, primarily related to contaminated site investigation, risk assessment and remediation.
Clarke Stewart provides extensive experience with a background of Building Operations, Sustainability & Energy Management. Graduating from the University of Guelph, within the Environmental Governance program Clarke had gained a solid understanding of Political, Geographical and Social issues and topics. From then on, he proceeded to obtain his LEED AP O+M and shortly after began a career within the real estate industry. After starting a career on the Operational side of the industry with Ivanhoe Cambridge & Triovest he transitioned his career path to Corporate Sustainability. Arriving from Crown Property Management Inc, Clarke brings his expertise of green building certifications, investor ESG reporting and utility monitoring and analytics.
National Energy and Sustainability Manager
Mer provides energy management and sustainability services to Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services across Canada. She has extensive experience in the field of Energy Engineering and green building certification.
Before joining Colliers, Mer worked as Sustainability Project Manager and Energy Efficiency Specialist , managed energy efficiency projects involving energy analysis, measurement and verification, and refrigeration/cooling system optimization.
