Jane is Senior Vice President & National Lead, Retail Services for Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in Canada and her focus is on the strategic growth of REMS’ retail portfolio across Canada and on making Colliers’ Retail Asset Advisory Services synonymous with retail expertise in the Canadian marketplace. She will work with other areas of Colliers’ businesses when additional retail real estate expertise is required. Under her leadership, Jane leads the retail platform for Colliers Canada, ensuring that we continue to provide innovative and value-added solutions to our clients through the Retail Asset Advisory Services platform.

John Duda is the President of Real Estate Management Services, Canada. John began his career as Director of National Property Services at CIBC, joining Colliers in 2010. Appointed as head of Real Estate Management Services in 2017, John has driven significant growth both organically and strategically through the development of new service lines and markets. In his role as president, John a oversees 14 offices across Canada, working closely with local teams to create value-driven strategies in support of clients’ goals. 

Ellen has 25 years of direct property management experience leading commercial retail real estate teams, combined with national portfolio strategic support, to serve and add value to private and institutional client portfolios. 

Ellen advises her clients and her team on how to make smarter business decisions based on measured results and insightful projections. She’s an expert at knowing what’s important to measure and when in a way that increases efficiency and drives growth across a portfolio.
