Colliers Hotels has advised in over 125 special situation sales across Canada totaling over $1.5 billion in transaction value. These sales were conducted on behalf of a variety of financial institutions and court appointed receivers and ranged from small, limited service to luxury hotels and resorts. 

Consulting and advisory work has represented aggregate asset value worth more than $20 billion since inception. We regularly provide valuation and market analyses services to a wide range of owners and operators as they consider new development or investment opportunities, assess market influencers, develop short and long-term strategic disposition strategies, or prepare for financing or portfolio restructuring.

In addition, Colliers acts for owners in operator searches and/or negotiating management agreements, providing critical advisory functions that assist in negotiating the best terms for owners.
