Prior to his current role, Robert was the Vice President, Investment Officer at Prologis where he was responsible for all investment activity across Canada. Associate Vice President, Real Estate Finance
Raj is a member of the Colliers Debt Advisory Group which specializes in real-estate finance and would be responsible for sourcing mortgage, debt and equity solutions for borrowers. Raj’s clients include developers, owner operators, investors and operating companies. Raj is based out of the Colliers Vancouver office and is well verse in the real-estate market in British Columbia having lived and worked in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and the BC Interior Markets.
He is responsible for structuring debt solutions to further the borrowers investment objectives while advising on all asset classes across the debt stack which included senior, stretched senior and mezzanine financing. His long term and strong relationships with lenders allows him to ensure the client is partnered with the appropriate financing partner.
Prior to joining Colliers, Raj held senior positions within large Canadian Financial Institutions focusing on corporate and commercial clients in general and specialized industries.

Justin joined Simon Becker and Michael Salomons to round out the real estate financing offerings in Alberta. Justin assists in sourcing, structuring, and placing of debt facilities for all asset classes including acquisition, construction, and term financing for industrial, residential/multi-family, retail, and commercial projects. Over the span of his career, he has held several progressive roles including Mortgage Analyst and Senior Mortgage Underwriter.
Justin is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance. During his undergraduate studies, Justin was the President of the Real Estate Student Association (RESA), turning his real estate interest into his current career. Peter has over 25 years of corporate lending experience where he committed the majority of his career as a Senior Commercial Account Manager with major banks and credit unions in performing credit analysis for commercial loan requests, workout strategies, collection of challenged loans with collateral and repayment deficiencies. During his career, he managed 100+ customers, facilitating loan requests from $1MM to 20MM, and maintained loan portfolios from $20MM to $50MM.
As Commercial Mortgage Associate, Peter has positioned himself as a highly-skilled leader integrating business development strategies in generating leads through active prospecting and sales presentations for all asset classes, with a focus, but not limited to, multi-phase bridge and inventory financing, land servicing, and construction development.
Senior Debt Advisor
Kyle is a finance professional with 15 years of experience acquired from the bank and credit union system. Kyle’s diverse financial background includes commercial, residential and agricultural lending. He has also worked closely with exporting companies in international trade finance.
His roles have included Senior Commercial Account Manager, International Risk Expert and Mortgage Specialist working for organizations such as RBC, Affinity Credit Union and Export Development Canada. Throughout his career, Kyle has developed strong relationships in all areas of commercial real estate including appraisers, engineers, environmentalists, building inspectors, financiers, lawyers and accountants.
Associate Vice President | Real Estate Finance
Riley is in our Mortgage Finance Group where he is focused on originating creative and competitive funding options and debt advisory for Colliers clients. Riley focuses on the BC market but has experience across the country and all asset classes. He has experience with a wide range of client/borrower types including private investors, developers, owner occupiers, institutions, hospitality, REIT’s and foreign investors. As importantly, Riley has considerable experience and credibility amongst the many suppliers of debt and equity capital including banks, credit unions, conduit lenders, life insurance companies, pension funds, international lenders and the many private sources of capital as well.
Prior to joining Colliers, Riley was a capital markets specialist with a major Canadian real estate brokerage and worked closely with the firms many advisors as well as its national investment team. In this capacity, he facilitated cash flow based term loans, CMHC-insured loans, interim/construction loans, repositioning loans, unsold inventory loans as well as financing for specialized properties such as hotels, resorts, retirement homes and for the restructuring of distressed properties.
