  • Kelowna average rent increased by 2.4% to $1,222
  • The last 12 months recording 14 notable transactions of apartment sales totaling just under $49 million
  • Strong migration patterns to the Central Okanagan driven by affordability and economic prosperity contributed to a 2.4% increase in population growth compared to the same period last year
