Public health restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 continue to impact the office market. In Saskatchewan, 70% of residents age 18+ and 69% of residents age 12+ have had their first dose of the vaccine and the province is approaching the final threshold required by the government to lift all public health measures.

  • Over the short and medium-term, work-from-home blended with in-office attendance will likely continue. We are anticipating high vacancy and negligible absorption for the foreseeable future.
