The Kanata and Downtown sub-markets continue to heat up as tour activity increases in the areas. Due to a lack of Class A space in these markets, Class B is rapidly filling up with tenants who are eager to be in their location of choice.
Pockets of space between 2,000-5,000 square feet remain popular among tenants, many of which are tech users, associations, and professional services tenants.
Finding space along the highway is slowly becoming more of a challenge in the west submarkets. The east has more product and parking available, but remains less attractive to many tenants due to the lack of amenities in the area.
