The industrial sector remains strong in the Kelowna marketplace. Vacancy rate is at a low of 0.5% as demand continues to increase.

  • New build industrial rental rates in the greater Kelowna market continue to surge as the are currently on average $15.00 (PSF)
  • The demand for industrial space continues to be a priority, as there as been 437K SF added to the Kelowna inventory in the past year and 217K SF of planned development in the future
