The Edmonton office market had a strong finish to 2019 as there has now been two consecutive years of positive absorption following three years of negative absorption beginning in 2015.Decreasing vacancy and positive absorption were reported in both the Downtown and Suburban markets this quarter as we saw activity in a variety of different industries including tech, financial services, and law.
