2000 de l'Éclipse UNDER CONSTRUCTION - Delivery Scheduled for Fall 2021

Solar Uniquartier is a new mixed-use development project that embodies the live, work and play concept. The 1st office tower (175,000 SF) was completed in August 2018 and is now close to be at 100% occupancy. Another building (50,000 SF) is currently under construction on the Main Street area in which 40,000 SF of office has been leased to a French base company. Other office buildings and commercial leasing opportunities are available at Solar, more specifically along the Main Street Shopping path and the Foodies area.
The construction of the 2nd office tower is now in progress. This 13-storey building and all of its spaces will represent approximately 300,000 SF composed of exceptional 12 floors of office space located above a commercial centre. Over 90,000 SF of office and commercial spaces are pre-leased. The tower will benefit from direct access to the REM, in addition to various other benefits offered by the project.

Located in Brossard, the project is easily accessible by highways 10 and 30 as well as public transport, including the future light rail transit system (LRT) planned for 2022 which will connect Solar Uniquartier to Central Station in ± 15 minutes.

Solar Uniquartier has become the new reference for office space in the South Shore.
