PC Urban and Fiera Capital have partnered to bring much needed rental apartments to the Burnside Gorge neighbourhood. This development of a five (5) and four (4) storey, wood-frame building, with 152 condo-quality rental homes above, offers +/- 2,878 SF of prime ground floor retail spaces with secured underground parking. In addition, the building will include ample amenities for residents, such as a common rooftop patio area featuring a children’s play area. Estimated completion is Q1 2024.
