Environmental: This property was leased and occupied for many years by Bell Canada. As part of their lease termination process several years ago, Bell hired an environmental consulting firm and completed contaminated soil excavation work. As well, Bell has implemented a groundwater monitoring program which is expected to be completed by 2023. At the end of the monitoring period, or once groundwater criteria will be met, the monitoring wells will be removed from the property.
