The Board of Trade Building, one of Victoria’s most recognizable heritage office buildings, and the 4 storey addition, built in 1979 and which effectively doubled the rentable area, are prominently located in Bastion Square in Old Town Victoria. The addition, which is of reinforced concrete construction, also provides secure, covered parking for 14 vehicles. Both buildings have undergone various upgrades over the years, including such items as building envelope repairs, lobby upgrades, elevator upgrades, roofs and HVAC. Bastion Square is the cultural and artistic heart of Old Town, particularly in the summertime when tourists are drawn to this area to enjoy the restaurants and summer market.
Rent collections for the months of March-October, inclusive, have been 100% with none of the tenants applying for government subsidies. Rental guarantee program will be considered by the Vendor.
