The concrete water storage facility was recently removed from the property. The demolition and excavation was supervised by Ground Engineering, all backfill and ground compaction is to Engineer’s specification. The neighborhood has a nice variety of retail, warehousing, and service based industrial businesses. It is also located along a busy traffic corridor in the Old Warehouse District.
