Colliers Expands Senior Leadership Team in Canada with The Addition of Marie Shannon as Vice President, Operations


Toronto, ON, May 2, 2022 – Colliers announced today that Marie Shannon has joined the firm’s senior leadership team as Vice President, Operations, leading their brokerage operations and administrative teams across Canada.

Marie is a respected leader with over a decade of senior leadership experience in financial services. Marie has managed large multi-disciplinary teams responsible for multi-company and location back-office administration, divisional reporting, analytics and innovation projects. She has a background in strategic planning, customer experience strategy and execution, risk management, service recovery, service design and continuous improvement.

The Brokerage Operations team consists of over 100 employees across Canada with specialized functions in Brokerage Operation Services, Sales Administration, and Financial Analysis. These resources round out Collier’s suite of service offerings for clients, bringing together experts and solutions through the lens of real estate.
