Colliers Grows Brokerage Leadership Team with The Addition of Lindsay Stiles as Managing Director, Downtown Toronto

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Lindsay Stiles will lead the Downtown Toronto brokerage team in office and retail.

Toronto, ON, September 15, 2022 – Colliers announced today that Lindsay Stiles has joined the firm’s senior leadership team as Managing Director, Downtown Toronto leading their growing office and retail teams of high-performing advisors and operations staff in one of Canada’s major markets.

Lindsay is a respected leader with over 15 years of progressive real estate experience in leasing, operations, and asset management. As the former Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded office REIT at a leading asset management firm with assets across North America and Europe, Lindsay was responsible for oversight of leasing and third-party property management, preparation of annual operating budgets and execution, and approval of capital spending and leasing programs.
