Colliers is pleased to welcome Krista Nauss as Vice President, REMS Alberta.
Krista brings distinctive and far-reaching experience to the role. Over the course of her 20 years in Alberta’s commercial real estate industry, she has managed diverse first-class office, retail, and industrial assets, many of which required expertise in construction management, asset repositioning, and long-term capital planning.
Krista has earned the reputation as someone who can effectively anticipate and balance stakeholder needs, never losing site of the importance of bringing value to her clients.
“As its economy looks to rebound, a lot of eyes are on Alberta,” explains Randy Cameron, Senior Vice President, Western Canada. “Business development is a priority, and I’m confident that Krista’s energy and tenacity is the ideal fit for this role.”
Krista spent the early part of her career at Colliers and has since held progressively senior roles in property management, most recently with Riverpark Properties Ltd. and Hines Canada Management. She has made noteworthy contributions to the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, including serving on the Board of Directors for the last four years.
“It’s not common to be able to bring your years of experience back to the place that launched your career,” said Krista. “It’s a unique opportunity and I can’t wait to get started.”
