Operating 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, the REM will offer departures every 6 minutes for thousands of passengers.
Collaboration drives results
Colliers’ advisors consisting of André Plourde, Julien Méthot, Patrick Vallières, Julie Côté, François Laurence, and Thomas Coutu comprise the Landlord Representation team set to work alongside Groupe Devimco as their experts in office leasing.
The project initiated with 3400 de l’Éclipse, a state-of-the-art office tower totaling 175,000 SF. Soon after, a 50,000 SF freestanding building was fully leased to Bonduelle, a world leader in plant-based food, to establish its Québec headquarters. In 2019, Devimco launched the construction of a 13-storey, 230,000 SF office tower at 2000, de l’Éclipse, with direct connection to the new REM light-rail train. Through the challenging pandemic market conditions that soon followed, the Colliers landlord leasing team was able to achieve 120,000 SF in pre-leasing. With a projected delivery in Q4 2022, prospective tenants still have access to 90,000 SF in available space.
