The Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre occupies a rare premium position in one of North America’s hottest real estate markets nearby the City’s most prominent intersection, Yonge and Dundas – Toronto’s Time Square – which has evolved into the epicentre of culture, entertainment and shopping. The Hotel is surrounded by rapid transit lines, public parking, as well as significant leisure and institutional demand generators.
The Property was purpose built as a mixed-use project in 2004, as a condo-style hotel and residential suites offering floor-to-ceiling windows and premium amenities. The acquisition of this hotel further expands Silver Hotel Group’s portfolio of independent hotels in the downtown Toronto hotel market.
