Colliers Real Estate Management Services announces new VP, Portfolio Management and National Retail

Colliers is pleased to welcome Bri-Ann Stuart as Vice President, Portfolio Management and National Retail for Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Canada.

Bri-Ann’s 18 years of experience managing complex retail properties and portfolios across Canada has been defined by a commitment to strategic growth and operational excellence. She has held progressively senior roles at Ivanhoe Cambridge, Oxford, and Cushman Wakefield. She led the successful opening of Outlet Collection at Niagara, a brand-new 520,000 SF open air shopping centre, and the development and curation of the first 40,000 SF Canadian independent food market at Upper Canada Mall. Bri-Ann will now advance Colliers REMS’ 8M SF necessity and non-necessity retail portfolio.
